We provide homeowners a 2-10 Builders Warranty, a 10-year, insurance-backed, new construction structural warranty.  Approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), it is the most used and best recognized new home warranty in the home building business.

In addition to 10 years of structural defect coverage, we also provide the 1-Year Workmanship and 2-Year Systems Warranties, which combine to give homeowners the most comprehensive protection on their new home purchases. 

10-Year Structural Warranty

The 10-Year Structural Warranty provided by 2-10 Home Builders Warranty provides 10 years of structural defect coverage beginning on the earlier of the day you move in or close.  A structural defect is defined as physical damage to your home’s designated load-bearing elements caused by failure that affects their load-bearing function to the extent that your home becomes unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unlivable. 

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty, giving you coverage beginning on the day you close.  It protects your home from defects in materials and workmanship for a full year, as defined in the Construction Performance Guidelines in your
2-10 Home Builders Warranty. 

2-Year Systems Warranty

We provide a 2-Year Systems Warranty beginning on closing day.  This protects your home from defects in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical distribution systems for a full two years, as defined by the Construction Performance Guidelines in the 2-10 Home Builders Warranty.
